3. Pricing and Payment

All prices for our services are as published at the time of booking. Payments must be completed upon receipt of services. The Windsor Paw Spa reserves the right to update service prices without prior notice, but such changes will not affect any previously confirmed bookings.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customers are required to notify The Windsor Paw Spa at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so may incur cancellation fees. Refunds are not generally available unless services are not delivered as agreed or exceptions are authorized by management.
